Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be in new, unworn condition, with tags and original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@makearrings.com with your Order Number to request a return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us right away at support@makearrings.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The best way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
